Register to shop

To shop on the Builders Bollards, you must be registered on the website. To register, click on the Not Registered? Make sure you enter a valid email address, and a password that you will remember as well as the other required fields specified in the form.
Note: All users MUST register before placing an online order.

Log In

To log in, simply enter your email address & password into the form on the left hand side of the site and you will be logged in to the site.
If you have forgotten your password simply click on the Forgotten Password link, and it will be emailed to you.

Browse Our Items

Browse our selection of available items by clicking on a category name within the menu on the left hand side of the site. When you find a product of interest, you can click on it to display more information or alternatively add it to your shopping cart.

Shopping Cart

Each time you add an item it is stored in your shopping cart. To view your cart simply click the View Cart link within the user control panel to the left of the site.
Items will be stored in your cart until you remove them or purchase them.

-To remove items from your cart
Press the blue x button next the the corresponding product you would like to delete from your cart.

-To change the quantity item(s) in your cart
Simply enter in the desired quantities for each item and press the Update Quantities button.

Place Order

If you are ready to place your order, but there are some items in your cart you don’t want to order just yet, untick the small box on the left hand side of your cart for the products you don't wish to purchase.

Click the Place Order button.

You will be taken to the Order Details page where you can confirm the contents of your order. This page will request your credit card details which are required in order to process your order online.

Please note: No credit card details are stored by Builders Bollards, and the secure section of the Builders Bollards website uses the latest encryption technology to ensure the security of all information submitted.

The Order Details page also gives you the option of submitting an alternate delivery address, should you not want the order to be sent to the address you registered with (displayed in the top left of the page).

Press the Confirm Order button.

The order confirmation page will now be displayed. Confirm all information on this page is correct, and press the Place Order button.

Once your credit card details are verified your order will be complete, and a digital receipt sent to you via email.

Order Status

If you’d like to check on the delivery status of an order you have placed, log in and then click on the ‘Order Status’ link in the user control panel on the left hand side of the website.

Your orders will be listed on this page. Click on an order to view the processing & delivery status of each item within your order.
